What we collect
Only what you send through the enquiry form: your name, organisation, email address, optional telephone number and the content of your message. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.
Why we hold it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, manage supplier registration and maintain the commercial records we are required to keep.
Who else sees it
Enquiry submissions are handled by our form-processing provider and delivered to our company email. We do not sell personal information or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for seven years where it relates to a commercial transaction, and deleted sooner where it does not.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to contact@adanexussupply.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner, Kenya.
